It is a Bitcoin wallet. It allows you to send and receive bitcoins, and to keep control of your key. Phoenix natively supports Lightning for fast and cheap transactions. It's easy, you don't have to do anything: Lightning channels are automatically created by the wallet when needed and you can check their status on Bitcoin explorers.
