It’s a sin that I have paid R1000 for this app a few minutes ago just because I was planning to cancel the trial subscription later today. My son doesn’t use this, it’s such a waste of money. It’s delayed and freezes sometimes. The payment literally went off my account and I can’t get a refund. You can check how many times his used the app. Twice or thrice if even. I don’t know why I didn’t read the other reviews before trying this. This is a rip off!

Two years of having this app coming to an end and I will not be purchasing it for another year. This is a good app for kids but it does not work something for months and I even tried login on my a tablet since I first had the app on my phone and I am unable to. Tried reaching out to someone several times with no response. My daughter loves this app I just wish it would freeze up so often

Would advise not installing app at all. Was charged 179$ for a full year subscription after free trial with no warning when I hardly used it at all, the pricing is ridiculous. I emailed in hoping for some assistance (perhaps pro rated fees or refund since I did not use the app) and no reply. not to mention the app itself is slow and keeps lagging.
