Not worth it. It’s a massive collection of micro games and that’s not a good thing. The first game I tested was just “click C 10 times” which was trying to teach the C sound. There’s no structure to the overall journey. There needs to be games that go through all the sounds, not individual games for each sound. I looked at number games and they were all the same, “count to 5”. An endless list of “count to 5” games. To people complaining about the price: it does say billed annually.

I’m gutted. I did not get a reminder that the free trial period was ending..almost 48 pounds was just deducted from my account at one go without even a reminder or warning. My son did not like the games and did not even use the app. I was under the impression that you could pay monthly or at least get an email reminder to cancel the subscription. I really needed the money.

I downloaded this today and it says there is a free trial. I was charged $77 today, the same day as the download.

My children were not able to use the app during the trial. I attempted to reset the password however not one of the three links sent to me worked. To cancel I have to be able to log into the app. There has been no contact other than the same automated messages. I really hoped on being able to use the app for my littles but now am just feeling robbed of $60!

It’s too expensive.. There are many free apps available..

I paid for a year subscription since it was cheaper. It’s super repetitive. There are tons of games but most of them are similar ideas just recycled. Everything my kids have learned on this could have been learned with another free kids app I found. Additionally, they billed me early. I have a invoice that says they billed me on the 24th of August. Even though today is the 23rd. I’ve been trying to find a way to cancel, but any correspondence from them takes a week or more. Its not worth it

This is really not fair be warned parents !!! I was under the impression that this would be a monthly subscription charge of less than £5 which you could cancel at any time. Nope.. Today £54 left my account with no reminder that the free trial will be ending soon. As if things aren’t difficult enough. It would be nice if a reminder of payment could be given in future. Also I’m changing my star rating from 1 to 4 as we have spent time on the app and my daughter enjoys the sessions.

I have just downloaded it and made an account is it free or paid .I am bit confused because my account was made for free please guide edited : I have been using it more than seven days and haven’t received any notification for subscription and it’s still working with out one

Quick to take your money. After 3 days, a full year subscription was taken (over £50). I was expecting a monthly charge. When I contacted the company to explain the app wasn’t quite appropriate yet for my two year old, they refused to refund 11 months worth of subscription (I was quite happy to pay for the 1st month as we’d used the app for a week). This is a short-sighted approach that angers customers. I would have resubscribed at a later date, but now I find their intentions dishonourable ☹️

Downloaded it on my kids tablets and on my phone. Tried to create an account and the app keeps saying something went wrong.
