Good Afternoon, I saw your add for Tiny Tap and decided to give a try for my kids. The app is pretty good, I would like it if you can add another child to the program. You seem to have a glitch in the comparison game, counting 2D & 3D shapes and 2nd grade sight words. We exited out of the app and went back in but the same result. I would appreciate if you can fix it. If not then unfortunately I will have to cancel the subscription.

We got this for our kids and we pay monthly subscription. But now they are running into alot of issues. Their progression is not getting saved and everytime they log in, it reverts back to the first lesson. And also new issue is that it keeps on crashing whenever they complete a lesson. It’s very glitchy. My kids itself now learned what a glitch is because of this. So they are still learning I guess. I just hope they fix the issues. But it’s a good app for kids learning if it worked properly.

I came across this app on FB. The ad was for less than $10/mo. I downloaded it, and the charge to my account was nearly $70. With no explanation, I worried that I’d get charged that every month. So I requested cancelation and a refund. They obliged, but then blocked me from any access to the app. I can no longer get the app to open on my phone. I’ve uninstalled/re-installed it, and cleared the cache. I was going to pay for it, when the price had dropped $20. My kids had enjoyed playing it.

Such a shame. I would’ve kept it as my son liked some of the games. However the app is terrible. Can’t click on games, takes an eternity(at least 10 minutes) to upload which is the worst for an impatient 3 year old. It took a further five minutes to select my sons profile. He had a meltdown waiting. Which is not ideal. If your app improves, I will subscribe. Great concept but unfortunately very buggy app and near unusable. Thankfully only downloaded today so can still cancel.

The app is great, and my daughter loves it. However, I’m very disappointed that there’s no monthly payment option. I can’t afford $70 for the year all at once, and I’m guessing many others can’t either… Please make a monthly option for those of us on a budget!!!

Rating this app highly because the customer service was so great. I tried the app for my 2 year old and 7 year old and the content just wasn’t right for their ages at this time. My credit card was charged on day 7 of the free trial though I believed I had until the end of the day on the 7th day to cancel. I reached out to customer service and Dana promptly helped me out with a refund. Really appreciate the speedy resolution and look forward to trying the app again when my son is more ready!

Subscribed to the app and attempted opening it multiple times within the 3 day window to maintain the annual subscription and the app never recognised the subscription. It kept reverting to the free version and prompting me to subscribe again. Contacted Customer service to try to get it resolved so I could maintain the subscription for my son, but Customer service were extremely unhelpful and very condescending and blamed the issue on me. Start hiring more competent people. Won’t purchase again.
