Fantastic browser! I haven’t tested it thoroughly yet, but I downloaded it because listening to one of my audiobooks caused a massive amount of ads while listening. Like every couple of minutes. It drove me crazy, but within seconds of downloading, it had already caught and blocked 6 ads. It hasn’t replaced my main browser, but it does exactly what I need it to, so it’s here to stay.

Great Brave App with Minor Navigation Issues. This app is fantastic overall—no advertisements, and it’s free to use, which is a huge plus. However, I find navigation could be more intuitive. Specifically, if the screen closes, it can be difficult to quickly find what I was watching. Another feature that would enhance the experience is Chrome cast support. This would make it much easier to watch content on a larger screen. Despite these minor issues, it’s still a great app. Highly recommended!

This used to be without a doubt, my absolute favorite browser to use on my phone. It did everything flawlessly and I never had a single issue… Until now. For some reason, with no rhyme or reason; the app now fails to block instrusive popup ads. I literally changed nothing and it just suddenly fails to do with it once did best. It seemed like updating it fixed it, but once again I am getting super intrusive pop ups even when I set everything to be as aggressive as possible. What a letdown.

Couldn’t get search settings to stay the way I wanted them to stay. This includes some things like keeping the AI’s huge answer box from showing up. It covers the whole top of the search page. You can barely see the results below it. Search won’t stay set for safe search, answer with AI, code LLM, anonymous local results, discussions, and anonymous usage metrics. I’ve tried every setting and piece of advice on how to fix it. Tabs only at the bottom. Not enough room to mention more.

Been using this browser for a while and it’s actually pretty good! However, it SUCKS at finding images. Every time I try to find an imaged related to something, it just shows completely different things that are mildly related to my search. Fixing this would be a good benefit.

After 6 weeks: best Chromium-based browser that clears up garbage and ads from websites really well. But like all others it begins to really struggle with many tabs open, and it has the same bugs related to tabs (such as showing the wrong tab after restart). It uses so much RAM with many tabs (even if only one is active), it’s now unusable to me (like others). History is limited to 90 days – it’s a joke. So, it’s Chrome with bells and whistles, but same bugs and limitations. FireFox.

amazing app, no complains so far. one thing I can say might be a problem, and this maybe from my side (self created problem of not having enough memory on device) but when trying to upload CV or photos on a site with this app, it sometimes forget all your info after getting back to it with the file you selected from your phone . again, could be my self induced problem, I did play with the settings, maybe I changed something I shouldn’t have

Sometimes I want to break my phone using this app. It just freezes so I can’t scroll. Also, when I put quotation marks in the search field: ignores them completely. Basic search functions. Sometimes I wonder if I’m going mad, then I go to Google with the exact same search and it gives me the exact source of the quote. Uninstalling Brave today, it’s poor in quality and the AI function also compromises any integrity in a search. If this app is boasting privacy, remove the AI.

All great but the loading of the 1st page upon launching the app will take 5 seconds or so regardless of site and internet speed. This is applicable to PC version as well. Hope this can be improved. *UPDATE*: Need to disable some block lists to improve it. Hope Brave will optimise the loading and able to cater for more lists in future releases.
