Very poor customer support. Recently I opened an order on trade, till now it still showing “unfilled”. Have contacted their robot customer support (because that’s the only alternative there) it seems to be repeating a set of options to me everytime, very awful!.

Ever since I installed this app, all I have been getting is”network error, try again later” even when there is no network issues on my phone. I have been trying this for 3weeks now, I have had to uninstall for like 4 times and still not working. Something should be done as soon as possible. This in not encouraging at all.

Can’t take a picture of myself for the verification process as “Something went wrong” always pops out. The downloaded OKX app is up to date and the compatibility towards my phone is fine, so I don’t what is the problem other than the app itself. Other than that, I don’t have anything more to say because I can’t use the app at its fullest and so I don’t know if it’s good or bad overall.

I have been having issues with this app for a while now.nothing goes through..it keeps on saying network issues.i thought it was from my end but other apps seems and exchange wallet seems to be working Fine..I had uninstall and then install it again and I still can’t complete a god damn login or even sign in,cos it keep saying network problem.. please fix it

there is so much bug in this app. I can’t open an account, when I click in sign up for creating an account, they need a option for confirm my country or religion, when I clic to my my country, it show’s ‘Network error, try again later’. please fix this issue as soon as possible. I need this okx account argently. please work on this issue, we are suffering and facing so many problem for this.

Unable to withdraw….I can’t access my crypto assets because there seems to be an update on the app but not on playstore…..this is the worst exchange app ever made …..why can’t you make you’re app easy to use like binance…..as soon as I get access to my coins I’ll close my account….I can’t keep wasting time on your app that you made so frustrating to use

As a new user, I’m disappointed to encounter a plethora of issues with this app, particularly the persistent network errors that plague my experience despite having a stable connection. The constant error messages and sluggish performance are frustrating and hinder my ability to fully utilize the app’s feature.

i can’t verify my account. I have tried several times. it always comes with a message that it can’t connect to google play service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same thing. I messaged the customer care, they said I should use the website, the website is not loading, I used VPN, it says cannot send code. Just tired of this app.

The app is great with an easy to use interface. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 stars is because of the connection. i don’t know what servers this app is deployed at, but it’s just bad. Whenever i start chatting with anyone, it takes forever for the message to get delivered, which affect me doing any p2p orders. The time runs out before the messages get delivered to the buyer/seller. My internet speed is 100MB in download, and i tried multiple other networks,i only have this issue with this ap
