After recent update, it stopped working. My ice balance dropped from 2500+ to 850 and it is still decreasing hourly even my mining is one. While i am mining at rate of 0. I had stacked the balance but now, the app is showing that i have not stacked any balance. You guys need to fix this.

This is the most useless app I will never recommend to anyone except I solemnly hate you. After the emotional facial verification, all your mined coins start reducing immediately.So useless app.But why emotional facial verification? 🤣 So useless, and nobody knows if the coin will ever be listed in Binance,. Don’t just wast your precious time to download this app.But at first using the app, you will love it; then give a week or two, you will realize that you wasted your data. Peace ✌️

This app management is not supporting. I have been mining on this app for more than 9 months .My number reached at 13000 then they suddenly shorten my number to 10000 giving repli that it was an error and we are unable to recover. Then I have joined all the social media sites for ice. I have cleared my face recognition many times. Then quiz came up. I got less scores and they disabled my mining . Now they are keep deducting my coins day by day. My figure had now come to 4000 after 13000.WorseApp

Hello ice, the recent update is cool and everything. But why block people from mining if the fail the quiz questions or refuse to attempt it till it elapse. With all the efforts put in mining always. Please fix up, it’s not right.

Mining is easy but they need to work on their verification process. Using x the app has never been able to verify me successfully despite following all their guidelines. Next is using compulsory quiz. Most people are too busy for such. So 15 out of 21 should be pass. Worst still is that the app keeps hanging while taking the quiz (giving options to wait or close the app). It scores you low once app is closed. Use government/national identity for KYC just like Pi.

why is it that once 24hrs of mining time clocks out and I login to tap on the mine button it doesn’t respond immediately even when I’m on the app watching the timer for d earlier 24hrs clock out it doesn’t respond not until after some minutes and by then I’ll av lost some amount of coins. I believe it’s deliberate jus to slash the amount of coins we’re holding…right???😒🤔😡💔

I updated this app 2 days ago,now the app is not even opening.u can’t even contact customer support for help.this is so bad. After clicking on open,i can only see a blue screen nothing else.what a bad app,this is the way to keep one from mining.

OK. App was wonderful before the update. Now it wants facial recognition, and when I try to do it, it doesn’t do it. It just sits still… And all my points mined are gradually decreasing..

Waste of time I have spent till now. It is very disappointed by this app, by mining.It is waste of time.From starting it made fool in withdrawing process.Now they are given quiz, in Twitter they mentioned if we fails in quiz that month they wouldn’t give withdrawal, but they have to keep our coins stable in our wallet,but they are minusing our coins daily.I am not interested to give 1 star also.It is waste of giving 1star also.With this disappointment I have uninstalled my app.

As it is just in development still a lot to be done. For example connecting directly, at certain ammount established, the mined Ice or Snow, to dreading platform. Once I mined say 100 to be able transferring in Trading.I Can see it’s a lot of effort but still waaay to go. Good luck!
