Its annoying that I cannot login to the app. It just displays a blue screen. I have been trying repeatedly since the update, but to no avail. It wasted a lot of my time since yesterday.

To be honest, I would have given a half if It had an option but no. THE update made it worse! I failed the quiz and my account will lose coins. 70% of the people won’t know how to pass the quiz. So yeah, they scammed us… never believing their project anymore 😞 disappointing…

I don’t like it because 1) When mining time is over it reduces coins as fast as you can’t think. you will mine 7/hr but when the time overs and you don’t remember to press the button it reduces @ 34/hr 2) I did all the steps of submitting kyc but they want them again and again. Now I stop it because my mobile front camera is not working and I can’t borrow mobile from anyone else for so many times. So I just lose 52,000+ coins. I can’t borrow mobile for many times and they can’t continue my mini

The app start showing error at the end of the verification after going through all the verification process during the snowman verification. I try it tree time and it keep showing error and I have to press not now. please help look into this quickly. My ice user name @brosj129

WASTE OF TIME !!!!!! After mining for a long time , they’ll suspend your access because you cannot pass the quiz?! All the effort in inviting and daily mining will all go to nothing. After it was listed on exchange so many validation was needed to mine again. To many KYC’s needed. Such a waste of time. Unless they change their strategy of keeping their miners I might change my review.

Dear ice team @zeus Since I joined ice almost a year ago, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with the app. Previous app updates have both been smooth and seamless. The case is different with the new update I did this morning. After updating, the app has refused to open. The ice logo just keeps staring me in the face without opening. Pls kindly look into this soonest. This is a very crucial moment and I won’t like to start having issues with mining on a daily basis . Thanks you!

Every time while trying to verify face authentication, it fails and shows verification done but while try to mine again then it starts again to verify the face identity. I lost my 4000 token in just one day when i did not mine and it will take about 2 months to earn. Very disappointed 😤

This app is indeed good but what makes is bad is denying people from logging with their phone numbers. If you don’t like the use of phone number then you shouldn’t ban logging (signing in) with phone number but signing up new account (creating new account). I advise you to allow logging with phone number because many of us have created our accounts with phone number and have possessed thousands of ice coins. Please take our matter into consideration. Give us a chance please 🙏

All my entries to answer the quiz were messed up by the apps freezing tendency.Every time I made an entry, before I can move in to the next question the app hangs. That’s how I lost all my coins. Very disappointing.

ice is one of the fast free Crypto mining app have ever come across, good design and background and there’s alot of life in it. But, I was disappointed with the way they treated me, at first we were ask to add our BNB smart chain wallet address from OKX other to receive ice coins when distributed, of which I got my coins at the first distribution but was later ask to change our wallet address to either Metamask or Trustwallet. But to my greatest surprise, my Metamask wallet is still empty.
