well good job with the last update and kyc questions, i failed it 3 times since i couldn t have the time to study carefully and cannot mine anymore, plus i am losing the few tokens that were there after you stopped mining because of that, if you wanted to kick out people from your project you have successfully done it. thanks for wasting my time every day to check in.

My experience so far with the app is ugly. Everyday facial recognition and weekly update is really tiring. Trying to mine and the button will refuse to be active is a problem on it own. Endless questions as if everybody wanys to be a developer is annoying. Why do we have biometric and password with email verifications? The app sucks with all those aforemention troubles. Try removing it and get big 5 stars or I encourage my people to leave your app. I think you can mine it yourself ?

It was working fine till yesterday and now it won’t start and keep loading at startup screen. I’ve also tried to clean APP data including cache even reinstall it but nothing worked for me. Not even sure if I will get paid😁😁😁

This app is no longer working but rubbing people coins, imagine when you tap the button that supposed to begins mining,it will take you sometime even when you applied all the tips we have gotten from the maker. I think they are using this poor system to reduce people’s coins and mined. Why is it that this app work this way among all the mining apps. Every other app works with one tap. They should update the app and stop using people brains.

Just get a blue screen, so uninstall abd reinstall, get the countdown screen. Go back to it abs get blue screen again. The app is very poor.

I can’t believe am missing out of this after all my time,I lost my phone and when I get new on and I try to login all I get is that mining session has end ,am unhappy 😭

Major drawback is that, there’s no response from support team or might been there’s no support team. I’ve minted 7K+ ice coins , and once logged out , never been able to login again. I’ve tried every possible channels to contact support team but never get any response ever from there side.

I downloaded this app about a year ago, and initially, it seemed promising. I would open the app every 24 hours to mine coins. However, over time, the app introduced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which I completed. Recently, they added a quiz test, which I unfortunately failed. As a result, i losing my coins losing ratio -29 Initially, the app rewarded me with 2 ice coins per hour but after failing the quiz, they started deduction -29 per hour ultimately my account goes in slashing 🥺

From 5 stars to 1 star. I got 8k ice and just today it went down to 2.8k for some reasons. I can’t mine, my friend can’t also mine. I 100% didn’t miss any day mining in this app but they disabled my mining and I don’t know why. The pre-stake option is showing even though I already did pre-staked in the beginning. KYC process is too tedious and possibly invades privacy, requiring you to take a photo with different type of expressions, they demand a lot from the users and this is what they did.
