Too many problems with the mining button! A few days ago the mine button didn’t work even though I clicked it for hundreds of time! My ice went from 45k to 16k due to the app’s problem and today too the button doesn’t work my ice is decreasing at a devasting rate and I can’t do anything because the button doesn’t function properly!

Passed your compulsory quiz, which was surprisingly presented, put in my BNB block chain address as instructed, now fulfill your part of the promise, naa, you chose to leave me behind on that, and lock all possible attempt at giving me a voice. With that I say. Guy, this is a selfish network, don’t subscribe to this app. It’ll take your time for nothing. My coins even started decreasing at each mine press. Beware!! They only post statistics, no plan for those on the network.

I’ve been trying to complete the face verification for days. The facial expression countdown is stuck on 5s even on excellent network. Plus we have been forced to do a quiz that we were promised we wouldn’t have to do. I even passed the quiz and now it seems pointless because my coins are getting slashed. 🚮

Hello ice team. Since I updated this app, answered the quiz and passed it, my mining rate has been zero. It not going up anymore, it’s just mining with zero rate per hour. Please try to address this issues… Secondly, I lost my phone and got another one. I logged into my ice app, and I found out that all my minned ice had been wiped out without. I was not given the opportunity of resurrection. Please look into this for me…thanks After resolving this issues, you will get 5 star from me.

It’s been a while since i opened the ice apo on my phone, Why? Due to the electricity problem in my area and also some spoiled parts of my phone that needs to be repaired, yeah it was repaired. Then when i went back to tap the button in the ice app, it’s showing “Log_in or Sign_up”, i don’t understand the meaning of this, when I clicked on “Log in”, it’s doesn’t want to load, is there any problem or updates i didn’t get on time because i really need the ice back and my coins is very high🤔😒😭.

A failed project. We gave this project our time and money but it’s owners are not worth it. I had many coins but due to not passing a worthless quiz I lost them all. When they launched the coin on OKX exchange it failed miserably so they started worthless quiz thing. Don’t install this app and waste your precious time and money.

Worst Mining App ever I seen,I am so disappointed with mandatory quiz, i jail to pass kyc3 three times because there is no clear notice about although it was a normal where mistakes are just fine! Yet there was no email explaining the total mechanics of the quiz because they put it in there news section where some users like me do not go there usually lo read! I’ve put all my mind ice taken to staking for two years and now my coins are dropping cuz i jail to pass the quiz in just a minute!

It was once a great app before the verification process 3 cause how do you expect someone to get 18 out 21 question in 10 minutes and it takes like 2 minute before you can even answer one and again some people only did two due to network error they were unable to do the quiz that not fair cause plenty people have worked hard to earn their token,what did they get in return? Nothing absolutely nothing I will suggest maybe you can do another verification for those that are affected . Thanks

App is not working. When i tap on application to open it, i t got hang on ice logo and stays there. I waited for an hour but nothing happened. I reinstalled the app but still not working. I cleared cache, storage almost tried everything but nill progress. Very disappointed!!!!
