Recent drawbacks. I have used this for several transactions and have always enjoyed it, but recently I kind of feel frustrated everytime I try to get in the app. I have cleared caches, deleted app data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet after initial log in, subsequent activities on the app is just frustrating; the up won’t load up when you open it. Please fix it.

All coins still work fine, but once crypto start, I am lucky to get one frame a second. No response from EA apps either. Update, I use binance on my tablet, played fine as long as I watched ads, but when I set it up as ad free (cause I bought it) NOW it is doing the same as my phone. Second update, turning off WiFi seems to fix issue with both phone and tablet.

I’ve been using the Binance app since December 2023, and it works brilliantly. I suggested it to a friend, but he hasn’t been able to download it via the Play Store. Can somebody provide a good download link for Binance? The software has recently improved its performance, although it still requires a solid connection. My experience has been positive, as evidenced by the high reviews from more than a thousand individuals. However, considering that New Zealand allows many other platforms.

Aussies largely ignored
I absolutely loved Binance and everything about it I love CZ and all he does.
However Binance Australia left us without any news when you took earn, simple earn, BnB vault, subscriptions from us without making an announcement for quite sometime. We were told we couldn’t use leverages or future trades but no mention of the rest.
I continue to ask for updates or clarity and feel Binance Australia is basically redundant.
I still admire cz and Binance but feel almost all features are not available to Australians. The Aussie Binance telegram page was going off like a frog in a pocket not knowing what’s going on. Apart from that I like the graphs, I like the learning materials, I like the good work that Binance does and I will try to stay optimistic about the future in hopes we as aussies can again subscribe one day.

Need transaction details of bank statement to verify address? Seriously?
I have just registered on Binance app this morning, sent pictures of my driver license and selfie, regular verification done, then I was going to do verification for my address, I have sent my bank statement, reply said it’s failed, confused? I have contacted customer service, told me because I have blurred each of my transaction details and only shows date and amount, of course I need done this, you ask verification for address, my bank statement clearly shows my name, my address and even amount I have spent, why should I show you where and what I have spent for the last three months, it ridiculous, my driver license and bank statement clearly shows my address on both, still not satisfied? I have just lost confidence to use this app now, honestly I don’t mind to show my bank statement with transaction details to someone like Centrelink or service NSW etc, but not for trading platform like Binance. Really doubt about what kind of personal information you looking for.
