Boerse Stuttgart Digital Partners with AWS to Strengthen Crypto Infrastructure for European Financial Institutions

Boerse Stuttgart Digital, a crypto infrastructure hub powered by the Boerse Stuttgart Group, has teamed up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance its offerings for European financial institutions, addressing the growing demand for crypto services in the region.

In a press release on October 14, the Stuttgart-based company announced that the partnership aims to boost the scalability and efficiency of its solutions, which cater to traditional banks, brokers, and asset managers. The collaboration was initiated in response to a rising trend across Europe, where both retail customers and corporates are increasingly seeking reliable ways to enter the crypto market.

“As the demand for crypto services continues to grow, traditional financial institutions face a pivotal decision: either miss out on this structural trend or partner with trusted infrastructure providers that offer security, reliability, and scalability,” Boerse Stuttgart Digital stated in its release.

Strengthening Institutional Access to Crypto

Matthias Voelkel, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Group, emphasized that institutional investors are eager to provide their clients with access to cryptocurrencies and digital assets without compromising on the core values of trust, security, and reliability.

This partnership comes at a time when Boerse Stuttgart Digital is expanding its client base, including a key partnership with DZ Bank, one of the largest banking groups in Europe and a prominent player in the German cooperative banking sector. In mid-September, Boerse Stuttgart Digital announced that DZ Bank would enable 700 cooperative banks to offer their retail customers the ability to trade and store cryptocurrencies securely in licensed fiduciary custody.
