On September 30, spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded their eighth consecutive day of inflows, while spot Ether ETFs faced outflows after a previous day of positive activity.
Data from SoSoValue showed that the 12 spot Bitcoin ETFs achieved $61.3 million in net inflows, extending their positive flow streak to eight days and bringing total inflows to approximately $1.42 billion. BlackRock’s IBIT led the pack with $72.15 million in inflows, marking its sixth straight day of positive movement, and totaling over $24.14 billion since its launch. Fidelity’s FBTC also contributed with $8.32 million in inflows.
Conversely, ARK and 21Shares’ ARKB experienced outflows of $9.5 million on Monday, following a positive trading day that had previously seen $203.07 million enter the fund. Bitwise’s BITB also recorded an exit of $9.67 million.
Grayscale’s GBTC saw no new inflows on Monday, following $26.15 million in inflows the day before. The other seven spot Bitcoin ETFs similarly reported zero flows.
Total trading volume for the 12 Bitcoin ETFs decreased significantly on September 30, falling to $1.37 billion from the previous day’s figures. Overall, these funds have accumulated a total net inflow of $18.86 billion since their inception. At press time, Bitcoin is trading at $63,899, down 1.1% over the past day.
Ether ETFs register minor outflows
On September 30, the seven spot Ethereum ETFs in the U.S. recorded $822,290 in net outflows, following inflows of $58.65 million the previous trading day.
Grayscale’s ETHE continued to see outflows, losing $11.81 million. However, BlackRock’s ETHA mitigated some of these losses by attracting $10.99 million in net inflows, marking its fifth consecutive day of positive activity.
The remaining seven spot Ethereum ETFs maintained a neutral stance for the day.
Trading volume for these investment products also declined, dropping to $149.14 million on September 30 from $249 million the day before. Since their launch, the spot Ether ETFs have experienced total net outflows of $523.79 million. At the time of publication, Ethereum was trading at $2,644.
